About Quincy Strong

Quincy Strong, Senior Vice President, Client Services for 3Pillar Global is responsible for delighting 3Pillar’s Global Client Portfolio. Quincy and her team understand each client’s business goals and objectives. They tightly collaborate with client’s C-Suite, Business, Product and Technology leadership to achieve desired outcomes. On behalf of clients, her team works in concert with the entirety of 3Pillar Global’s talent continuum – including Field CTOs, User Experience professionals, Program Management, Product leadership and exceptional Engineering talent. For more than 20 years Quincy has helped early-stage and entrepreneurial organizations innovate and deploy consumer-centric solutions. She has a deep knowledge base in digital media and digital health, as well she has achieved pools of strategic insights by working with many Fortune 500 clients. Quincy has held a myriad of leadership and executive roles throughout her career, including: Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Operations, Product, and Integrations.

Most recently, Quincy was the Senior Vice President, Product & Services, for Centene subsidiary, Envolve PeopleCare. Quincy was asked to join Centene’s specialty group following the successful sale of LiveHealthier to Centene, where she was on the executive leadership team. At Centene Quincy supported the integration and reorganization of 4 specialty companies in addition to LiveHealthier, and eventually set the strategy for the combined PeopleCare product portfolio, delivering digital and clinical services to more than 14 Million Medicaid, Private Exchange and Medicare members. Prior to LiveHealther, Quincy was on the management team at start-up Health Central, when it was sold to Remedy Health Media. As the Vice president of Sales Development and Marketing at HealthCentral, she ideated and developed sponsored and content-rich health experiences in partnership with major pharmaceutical clients for patients and caregivers. Her passion for empowering individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing is what drove the strategy behind her innovative programs and patient-centric results.

Quincy has a deep respect for her clients and their customers – throughout her career she has consistently worked tirelessly on their behalf. Prior to HealthCentral Quincy managed the digital b2b marketing team for Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive (WPNI), in support of Washingtonpost.com, Cars.com, Newsweek.com, Slate and BudgetTravel.com. In 2002 she developed and built a double opt-in email database product of IT Professionals for TechTarget. Her precise approach and commitment to meeting TechTarget’s expectations resulted in a highly desirable product IT Pros would register for and ultimately come to rely on for targeted information and offers.

Quincy began her career in 1999 during the “dot-boom” when she opened a small New York Sales office for Vancouver start-up, GlobalMedia, a Real Media reseller. Her entrepreneurial talents and optimistic personality helped this small company win business from major media groups NFL, BMG and Fashion TV.

Today, Quincy continues to seek out challenges and enjoys working with businesses and teams to exceed their goals and objectives. She loves getting up each morning knowing she is part of 3Pillar Global – the future of consumer-first Product Development as a Service. Quincy received her B.A. from James Madison University and resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband, two sons and rescue dog.
