About Nidhi Shah
Nidhi Shah is the Chief of Staff, SVP Strategic Finance at 3Pillar Global. In this role, she is responsible for formulating the strategic, operational, and financial landscape for long term growth.
She has more than 15 years of leadership experience in Finance and Strategy across SaaS, technology and media industries in mid-market private equity and public companies from $500m to $1B+ in revenue with a global presence.
Before joining 3Pillar, Nidhi was Senior Director of Finance with Blackboard where she led the Finance organization to help accelerate the company’s SaaS transformation journey as well as build and scale a global Finance team.
Nidhi earned her Masters in Finance from University of Utah and her Bachelors in Information Technology from India. She currently resides in McLean VA where she lives with her husband and two daughters. She loves to travel, plays professional tennis and is a trained singer in Indian classical music.
