3Pillar Welcomes Three Exceptional Leaders to Drive Strategic Growth

Fairfax, VA, August 22, 2024 – 3Pillar, a leading modern application strategy, design and engineering firm, today announced an expansion within its executive team with the appointment of three seasoned sales leaders: Kevin Hill, Scott Krebs, and Will Daniel. These new additions bring a wealth of experience and a shared commitment in supporting the company’s growth initiatives. 

Kevin Hill joins 3Pillar as the Senior Vice President of New Sales. In this role, Kevin will lead the Global New Sales team, focusing on driving growth through new client acquisition. With over 25 years of expertise in sales strategy, business development, and leadership, Kevin is set to make a substantial impact on the company. His extensive background includes serving as Managing Director of Microsoft’s Strategic Pursuits team and holding multiple Senior Executive sales leadership positions at IBM, where he was instrumental in leading teams that drove significant revenue growth across various divisions. Kevin’s expertise and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to expand our global footprint.

Scott Krebs has been appointed as Vice President of Pursuit Enablement. He brings over 30 years of experience in Service Sales and Delivery to this critical role, where he will ensure consistency and efficiency in sales opportunities from early qualifying stages to successful outcomes. His recent tenure as VP of Strategic Partnerships at RiverMeadow Software and over 24 years at Microsoft, where he held key roles including Director of Microsoft Partner Development and Principal Pursuit Manager, have equipped him with the skills and insights needed to excel in this role.

Will Daniel has taken on the role of Vice President of Global Sales Enablement, where he will build and lead a team focused on communicating our value to clients to accelerate our growth. Prior to joining 3Pillar in 2022 to lead L&D Strategy, Will was VP of Client Advisory at Challenger, where he led a team of 70+ advisors. He will draw upon a dozen years of experience driving sales and marketing effectiveness across top global organizations such as Xerox and Cisco to bring impact to our clients and sales effectiveness at 3Pillar.
