Theresa Graff

Theresa Graff is Senior Vice President, Delivery Workforce Strategy for 3Pillar, and is responsible for the growth, planning and deployment of our Delivery Workforce to accelerate client success. Prior to her appointment in Delivery, Theresa served as the Vice President, Talent Management – aligning talent with business priorities, and overseeing employee experience, Total Rewards, and Compliance across our globally distributed workforce.

Prior to 3Pillar, Theresa was the Senior Director, HR Consulting at Hilton Worldwide. She was focused on the commercial business – aligning talent, culture, and human capital strategies to support corporate strategy, and providing executive and leadership coaching to senior executives. During her tenure, Hilton was the #1 Great Place to Work for two years in a row. 

Prior to Hilton, Theresa was a Consulting Manager for Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. In this role, she served as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies in executing large scale talent and change management initiatives. She also supported the successful execution of a nationwide learning program to help elevate consulting talent. 

Theresa holds an MA in Organizational Management from George Washington University, a BA in Communications from Grand Canyon University, and resides in Washington, DC where she explores the city with her husband, daughter, and puppy.
