About Theresa Graff
Theresa Graff is Vice President of Talent Management for 3Pillar Global, and is responsible for aligning 3Pillar culture and talent initiatives with business objectives to ensure that 3Pillar continues to scale at pace.
Prior to 3Pillar, Theresa was the Senior Director, HR Consulting at Hilton Worldwide. She was focused on supporting the commercial business – aligning talent, culture, and human capital strategies to support the corporate strategy, and providing executive and leadership coaching. During her tenure, Hilton was the #1 Great Place to Work for two years in a row.
Prior to Hilton, Theresa was a Consulting Manager for Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. In this role, she served as an advisor to Fortune 500 companies in executing large scale talent and change management initiatives. She also supported the successful execution of a nationwide learning program to help elevate internal talent, and served as a facilitator for training initiatives.
Theresa holds an MA in Organizational Management from George Washington University, a BA in Communications from Grand Canyon University, and resides in Washington, DC where she explores the city with her husband, daughter, and puppy.
