Why Innovation is Everyone’s Job, with Dr. Jackie Freiberg

On this week’s episode of “The Innovation Engine” podcast, we take look at why companies should see innovation as being the domain of everyone in their organization. Dr. Jackie Freiberg, best-selling author and corporate leadership expert, joins us to talk about some of the benefits of creating a culture where innovation is not just expected from a chosen few. We discuss how leaders can create a culture where everyone can have a say in a company’s innovation efforts, the importance of tying innovation to a business case when taking it up the ladder, and why it’s vital to give people feedback on their ideas for innovation.

Dr. Freiberg is a sought after speaker on the subjects of innovation, execution, and corporate leadership development. She was recently named one of the Top 30 Best Minds on Leadership by Leadership Excellence Magazine. Along with her husband, Dr. Kevin Freiberg, Jackie has co-authored several books on how some of the world’s most successful companies build cultures that thrives on innovation.
