Brian Shea is the VP of Commercial Enablement at 3Pillar Global leading 3Pillar Global’s sales enablement, revenue operations, and BDR teams. As a seasoned executive leader with more than 20 years of experience leading global sales and product marketing teams, he is known for driving results through process maturity and coaching. Brian has always thrived in dynamic, fast growing organizations as reflected by his senior roles in launching the Satellite Radio industry and leading sales enablement and account management for the healthcare industry’s most transformative provider.
Brian began his career on the leadership team of Circuit City, mastering operations, customer service, and strategic planning. During this time, Brian led market expansions into Boston, Conn, RI, and NY. His passion for technology and music brought Brian to XM Satellite Radio where he designed and led the North American marketing & distribution teams. He was a featured speaker in the consumer technology industry and named a “Top 40 under 40”. Brian is attracted to modernizing an organization’s commercial readiness, including leading Kaiser Permanente’s FEHB account management team.
Brian is a member of the Sales Enablement Society and is certified in the industry’s leading training and enablement programs from Miller Heiman Group and CEB/Gartner. He’s volunteered in raising capital to fund building technology suites in several North American children’s hospitals.
