Company’s India Operations Business Unit Wins Several “Best Companies” Awards

Fairfax, VA July 18, 2012 Three Pillar Global, a product development partner creating software that accelerates business value, today announced that its India Operations Business Unit has been ranked number one on a pair of lists – “India’s Best Companies for Rewards Recognition -2012 and India’s Best Companies for Hiring Practices – 2012 – ahead of other firms including Intuit, American Express, Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd, Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd, and PepsiCo India Holdings Pvt. Ltd.

Three Pillar Global (known as TPG Software Pvt. Ltd in India) was cited by the Great Place to Work Institute in India, in partnership with The Economic Times, in conjunction with the study “India’s Best Companies to Work For 2012.” The effort is India’s largest annual study on workplace culture aimed at identifying, recognizing, learning from, and spreading best practices of organizations that achieve business objectives by being great workplaces.

The Great Place to Work Institute has executed assessments of workplaces for over 25 years, currently spanning 46 countries worldwide, including India for the past 9 years. The 2012 Study included more than 580 organizations in India, making it the country’s largest such study. Only 76 qualified for the “Rewards Recognition category.

Three Pillar’s India Organization was also named to the Top 50 “India’s Best Companies to Work For – Overall” and was ranked #11 on “India’s Best Companies to Work For – Up to 1000 Employees” lists. Evaluators highlighted Three Pillar’s unique work environment for inspiring employees, building trust, and instilling pride; corporate culture; and best practices as factors in its selection.
