Nate’s presentation is titled Get Buy-In to Invest in Experimentation. It will give attendees tips on how to sell others within their organization on the importance of user research and experimentation when building new software products.
Nate will share techniques he has developed in agile environments over the last several years to organically gain support for Lean Startup methods from executives. To hear more about Nate and the event, see his speaker bio on the Lean Startup Conference website and the last description of the sessions during Ignite: Lean Startup.
This year’s conference will be the third annual Lean Startup Conference. It is co-hosted by Eric Ries, author of The Lean Startup: How Today’s Entrepreneurs Use Continuous Innovation to Create Radically Successful Businesses, and Sarah Milstein, whose claims to fame include that she was the 21st user of Twitter. The Lean Startup is Ries’ primer on how to employ the lean mindset to build, launch, and test new products.
