Jennifer Ives, SVP of 3Pillar’s Technology industry team, will host a mentor session at the Wonder Women Tech Global Summit in Washington, DC on January 26th. She will lead a table of 12 guests through their trials and experiences as women and minorities in the STEAM industries, drawing from her unique background as a woman with a long career in science and technology fields.
The mentor sessions will allow attendees to share stories of their experiences and receive real-time, personalized advice from other leaders and innovators in their fields. Jennifer’s facilitated round-table will help build and maintain a community of support for these members of diverse communities to thrive in STEAM and beyond.
The Wonder Women Tech Global Summit is a one-day event that highlights women and underrepresented innovators and leaders in STEAM industries. It will feature keynote speakers, panels, round table workshops, and mentor sessions. There will also be breakout sessions to encourage networking and a diversity career fair and expo, which aims to change current diversity statistics by providing recruiters and candidates the space to connect and create a diverse workforce.
