The five stages of acceptance are as follows:
“Accepting negative feedback is about more than improving the products we made,” Jessica argues. It’s about growing careers by hearing – often and clearly – “what we are going well, what needs to be improved, [and] what skills or experience we’re missing.” She stresses that this feedback is especially vital for women to receive so as to identify areas within which to improve.
