Catalin Stef in Economic Times on 3Pillar’s Expansion Plans in India

Catalin Stef, 3Pillar’s SVP of International Operations, recently spoke with The Economic Times about 3Pillar’s goal to expand the India team by bringing in 150-200 people in the next few months. The article, “3Pillar Global looks to expand India team, hire about 200 people soon,”discusses the specifics of the expansion in the India office.

The goal of the expansion is to increase the client portfolio and to hire specialized people their respective verticals – Media, Healthcare, Information Services, and Education.

“India is the leading contributor to the company’s global revenue, contributing approximately 60% of the total share,” says Cata on the expansion. “We are investing heavily in training teams across our offices so that irrespective of location, the quality of services offered are consistent.”

The end goal of the expansion is for 3Pillar to have a global workforce of 800-1000 employees within the next two years. Our 2015 revenue was $32 million, and we are targeting a figure of $40 million in revenue by the end of 2016.
