Today, the pace at which your business evolves is directly related to how well you can create and manage customer experiences. Streamlining digital interactions in this information age is an important focus area for enterprises in 2014, something that cannot be achieved without investing in User Experience (UX) design. As Forrester notes in their Top Technology Trends To Watch: 2014 To 2016 report, “A great digital experience is no longer a nice-to-have; it’s a make-or-break point for your business as we more fully enter the digital age.”
With that as a backdrop, we are thrilled to have 3Pillar’s Erik Isaksen and Brian Monzingo presenting “Let’s Get to Work: A Prototyping Case Study” at the NoVA UX Meetup on Wednesday, June 18 at AddThis HQ in Vienna. Erik and Brian will share lessons learned from their experiences on a 6-week HTML prototyping engagement built for a global investment company. In addition to sharing the successes that came out of this engagement, they will also look at failures and lessons learned. Erik and Brian will use photos, sketches, wireframes and other design artifacts from the engagement to walk attendees through the end-to-end process of creating a digital prototype.
Attendees will get access to learning material in the shape of UX templates and toolkits, and they stand to gain valuable insights on context-driven design techniques via this interactive session. If you’re interested in attending, please register via the NoVA UX Meetup page. Eighty-five attendees are registered to attend as of press time. Be sure to reserve your spot before it fills up!
