User Design Expert to Shed Light on the Demands of an Experience-Based Economy

To build exceptional experiences, they need to understand who their customers are, what their goals and needs are, and how they align to the business objectives. Unger and Jain’s session will provide the attendee with a step-by-step overview in how to build goal-driven design for seamless experiences across multiple channels. Techniques for crafting those experiences will also be discussed.
