This year, the 2016 MobOS Conference will be held on February 18th and 19th in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. 3Pillar Global is a Bronze Partner of the conference, which is the biggest conference on mobile technologies in Transylvania and in its third edition.
This edition of the MobOS Conference, which stands for Mobile Operating Systems Conference, will include presentations and workshops focused on both iOS and Android technologies. The conference will also include a new addition: the Wearables Fair, which aims to promote gadgets produced or implemented in local communities.
The two-day conference will engage the world of mobile technology development with a multitude of offerings, including 2 keynote speakers, 12 total presentations, 4 workshops, the Wearables Fair, and 10+ national and international speakers.
In addition to partnering with the conference, 3Pillar’s Ciprian Grigor and Karoly Szanto will deliver a workshop, titled “Clean Android Application Architecture Based on ReactiveX,” that will be a hands-on implementation of an Adroid application using RxJava and RxAndroid. 3Pillar’s Bogdan Muresan will be the host of the Android track.
The MobOS Conference is put on by the Mobile Operating Systems Community of Romania, which intends to build a community around the field of mobile software development. The community is mainly built through virtual communications, but also with key points of interaction in the form of dedicated events and conferences.
