3Pillar Global was included in an April 2015 report by Forrester Research, Inc. on the growth of demand for vendors to supply great mobile experiences.
The report, “Wanted: Digital Engagement Providers,” was written by analysts Ted Schadler and John C. McCarthy and explores how complex engagements will grow the mobile services market, as well as the necessity for vendors to possess the skills to be a long-term engagement partner and work end-to-end of the product.
In the Forrester report, 3Pillar is mentioned as a product development specialist (and is included in the Figure 7 graphic of the report). The report focuses on utilizing vendors with engagement and management skills as a resource to build and deliver engaging mobile experiences.
According to the report, “firms increasingly turn to vendors that possess a connected portfolio of engagement competencies and management skills.” Many organizations are stretched too thin or swamped by the efforts of building a “simple, intuitive app that front a complex system of engagement…” and we believe partners like 3Pillar can alleviate those pains and provide success in the long-term.
