Vikas Hajela

Vikas Hajela is the Global Head of Engineering & Architecture – India and Director of Product Development at 3Pillar. He leads the development and delivery of innovative, scalable digital products, driving engineering excellence and client success across vertical and horizontal solution areas.

With over 20 years of experience in technology, product engineering, and enterprise architecture, Vikas brings a unique blend of deep technical expertise and strategic business insight. Prior to joining 3Pillar, he worked at Dell as a Solution Architect, where he played a key role in designing enterprise-grade solutions for global clients. He is an AWS and TOGAF-certified enterprise architect and holds a Business Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Vikas resides in Noida, India, and is an avid traveler who draws inspiration from the diverse cultures and landscapes he explores around the world.
