Scott Wilson is the Chief Revenue Officer at 3Pillar Global. He is responsible for the overall revenue growth strategy and execution including building and leading the high-performing teams for client services, sales, sales operations and marketing.

Scott is an accomplished sales executive with over 30 years of experience in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing teams. As the newly appointed Chief Revenue Officer at 3Pillar Global, Scott brings a wealth of expertise in sales strategy, business development, and capture management. His strategic vision and leadership are set to propel 3Pillar Global to new heights in the digital innovation landscape.

Before joining 3Pillar Global, Scott held pivotal roles at Microsoft Corporation, where he consistently exceeded revenue targets and fostered a culture of excellence. As Americas Sales Leader, he managed a substantial annual budget and led a talented organization of strategic sellers, architects, operations and pursuit management professionals across the US, Canada, and LATAM. In his role as General Manager of Strategic Pursuits, Scott drove several billion dollars in consulting and cloud revenue by focusing on the largest and most complex opportunities in the US Enterprise markets, significantly contributing to Microsoft’s success.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University, Marriott School of Management. He has also received advanced training in various sales methodologies and leadership programs, including Coaching Salespeople into Sales Champions, Shipley Capture Management, and Dare to Lead. Scott’s commitment to ethical leadership, integrity, and fostering strategic partnerships has earned him a reputation as a dynamic leader and visionary in the sales industry.

Scott lives in St George, Utah with his wife Tiffany. They have four children and four adorable granddaughters. He enjoys time with his family, working with his hands fixing and building, traveling and as much pickleball as he can fit into his schedule.
