Raluca Kogler

Raluca Kogler serves as 3Pillar’s Global Head of Talent, where she leads the company’s worldwide talent strategy in support of business growth and cultural transformation. In this role, she partners closely with the executive team to align talent initiatives with organizational goals, leveraging analytics and workforce insights to drive measurable impact.

With more than 15 years of experience in human resources across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, Raluca brings deep expertise in talent management, compensation and benefits, and organizational change. She has successfully led the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits policies for over 10,000 employees in 25+ countries, and has spearheaded large-scale talent integration efforts during multiple acquisitions.

Before joining 3Pillar, Raluca held senior HR leadership roles at Genpact, where she managed HR operations across 25 EMEA countries, led compensation and benefits, payroll and personnel administration for thousands of employees, and drove numerous transformation projects across Europe and South Africa. She began her career in recruitment and progressively advanced into HR business partner, operations, and leadership roles.

Raluca is passionate about redefining organizational culture, employee experience, and leadership development. She is motivated by the transformative power of talent to unlock performance, retention, and engagement across global organizations.

Raluca lives in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, with her husband, daughter, a cat and a chinchilla.
