Mike Salfity

Mike Salfity serves as Chairman of the Board at 3Pillar, where he brings decades of experience leading global technology organizations, driving operational transformation, and guiding companies through high-growth, private-equity-backed environments. His leadership is grounded in operational discipline, product strategy, and a sustained focus on delivering value creation across the organizations he has led.

Mike is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Mobileum, having joined the company in 2022 as Interim COO and Interim CEO before being appointed CEO in January 2024. Prior to Mobileum, he served as an Operating Partner at H.I.G. Capital, supporting portfolio companies through product strategy, organizational scaling, and market expansion.

Earlier in his career, Mike held senior leadership roles at Finastra—where he served as Chief Product Strategist and Head of North America Community Markets—as well as global executive roles at HP, including Global Head and General Manager of the Graphics Solutions Business and Chief Technology Officer of Print and Software.

Mike holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from California State University, Long Beach. In addition to 3Pillar, he serves on multiple boards, including NoHold Inc. and Exxat Corp., and previously chaired Commnexus.org, North America’s second-largest technology incubator.
