Michael Kucharski

Michael (Mike) Kucharski serves on the Board of Directors for 3Pillar, bringing more than 30 years of experience leading global software, services, and go-to-market organizations. Known for his customer-centric approach and ability to build high-performing teams, Mike helps guide 3Pillar’s strategic direction as the company continues its global expansion and AI-native product engineering growth.

Mike currently serves as an Executive Management Consultant, advising technology and private-equity-backed companies on sales strategy, operational excellence, and scalable business processes. His career includes senior executive roles at OpenText and HP, where he led large enterprise software sales organizations across the Americas and worldwide, consistently delivering strong revenue performance. He also spent nearly two decades at Xerox in multiple vice president and general manager roles spanning software, workflow automation, and high-end production systems.

Mike holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Economics (Statistics) from the University at Buffalo, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.
