Industry Leader, Media Portfolio

Heather Allerdice-Gerow, is a Sr. Director, Industry Leader for 3Pillar Global’s Media Portfolio. As Industry Leader, she is responsible for driving growth within the company’s largest growing portfolio. In her role, Heather serves existing media clients by providing strategy, enterprise solutions and direction to support their business objectives.

She is a product and creative leader with a broad and extensive skill set across hardware/software products and brand. Heather brings 20+ years experience leading teams in product and program management, creative services, business development, strategy, planning and portfolio management.

Prior to joining 3Pillar Global, Heather was a Senior Director at Wizeline where she served her account portfolio by partnering with clients to deliver digital products and ecosystems across media, telehealth, legal services, security, SAAS platforms, athletic apparel and private equity. She led a team of 125+ project managers, product managers, designers and engineers across many engagements simultaneously. She previously served as Head of Product at Minor Vices where she provided product direction for NBA, AMC, and DocNYC to evolve their digital ecosystems. Heather also spent over 8 years at Nike and led Portfolio Management for Nike+, Strategy, Planning and Operations for Global Retail Brand and served as Sr. Director of Creative Production and Operations.

Heather currently resides in Portland, Oregon. She holds several volunteer board positions, loves to snowboard, raft, hike, camp, cook and spend time with her family and friends.
