Doug Olds serves as Interim Chief Executive Officer of 3Pillar, guiding the company’s strategic direction with a focus on sales growth, operational excellence, and continued investment in the assets and accelerators that drive client value. A seasoned C-level operator, Doug brings deep experience scaling organizations, leading transformations, and executing complex capital and M&A initiatives across global technology-enabled services and SaaS companies.
Doug previously served as 3Pillar’s Chief Financial Officer, partnering closely with the Executive Leadership Team and the Board to strengthen financial performance, enhance automation and controls, and support long-term strategic planning. His leadership approach and familiarity with the business ensure continuity and clarity as he steps into the interim CEO role.
Before joining 3Pillar, Doug held CFO roles at two private-equity-backed international software services companies, where he drove major growth milestones including a $200M recapitalization, international expansion, operational scaling, business transformation, and a successful exit. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade in investment banking advising middle-market companies, and later founded and advised multiple businesses, experience that gives him a strong blend of operational, financial, and entrepreneurial perspective.
Doug holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BSE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
