About Dan Henderson
Dan Henderson is the VP for Corporate Development at 3Pillar Global, where he leads 3Pillar’s rapid growth through acquisition. He has more than 25 years of experience as a founder and venture investor at high-growth software and technology companies and large enterprise organizations.
Before joining 3Pillar, Dan was Senior Vice President with restaurant software company MarginEdge, where he headed corporate development and strategic partnerships, and prior served as Investment Director at CIT GAP Funds, where he invested in and managed a portfolio of 26 technology companies. He was the Senior Vice President of BeClose, a venture-backed home wireless health company, and was a founding team member of FastSoft, which was acquired by Akamai in 2012. Earlier in his career, he founded IT services company i-Vantage Inc., which was acquired by a private business group in India.
Dan earned his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management and his BA from Oberlin College. He has two daughters, many animals, and plays the fiddle in two bluegrass bands.
