Akhil brings over 30 years of leadership experience in digital transformation across the travel, hospitality, BFSI, and telecommunications sectors. He is recognized for his expertise in executive leadership, stakeholder engagement, developing innovative technology and business solutions, and executing growth strategies.

Before joining 3Pillar, Akhil served as Chief Operating Officer at IGT Solutions, where he led operations across 11 countries. He has also held senior leadership roles at Virtusa and Capgemini, consistently delivering strong results through a focus on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and organizational performance improvement.
