He has successfully led large-scale transformation programs—from shaping business solutions and delivery plans to managing global, cross-functional teams and overseeing risk and dependencies. His leadership spans the full lifecycle of complex initiatives, including technology and program delivery, cloud and data center migrations, application modernization, and enterprise change management.

Before joining 3Pillar, Abhay held various leadership roles focused on software engineering, agile consulting, SRE and DevOps adoption, and IT operations. He combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics to deliver measurable results at scale.
