Last modified: 16 May 2019

3Pillar Global, Inc. (“Company” or “We”) is a United States company, incorporated in the state of Virginia, with principal offices located at 3975 Fair View Drive, Suite 200 South, Fairfax, Virginia USA.  We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”).

This Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you make use of the Innovation Engine Podcast iOS App (our “App”), which may be found at, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use, or to discontinue use of, our App. By accessing or using our App, you agree to this Policy. This Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of our App after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Policy periodically for updates.

This Policy applies to the following information we collect from you and other users of our App, consisting of:

  1. anonymous “listening data”, including information such as device model, the iOS version, and how far a user listened to a particular podcast, utilizing the Remote Audio Data Specification (“RAD”), which measures podcast listening data (“Listening Data”), and aggregates it an analytic endpoint for statistical purposes to help us manage the App and better adapt to our audience.  The RAD was developed by National Public Radio in 2017 for use as a voluntary industry standard. More information about RAD may be found at; and
  2. data from usage cookies and other information, both of which are tracked using Google Analytics (“Google Analytics Data”)
  3. infrastructure monitoring data using Crashlytics, including geographic position and unique device identifiers for advertising, for example, Google Advertiser ID or Apple Identifier for Advertisers (“IDFA”) (“Crashlytics Data”).

Listening Data.  We make use of RAD to collect Listening Data to enable us to understand how far into each episode of the podcast a listener gets when he or she listens to episodes in the iOS application. In addition, we use the Listening Data to:

  1. understand which topics and subject matters resonate most strongly with our listeners;
  2. understand which podcast guests are most effective in engaging our listeners; and
  3. determine what the ideal length of our podcast episodes should be, based on our listeners’ preferences

Google Analytics Data.  We make use of the data we track using Google Analytics to gather statistical data (location, device type and OS version) for the purpose of refining the App and tailoring it to users’ needs and identified preferences.

Crashlytics Data.  We make use of the data we track using Crashlytics to track and debug problems in the App in order to offer better support to end users.

This Policy does not apply to information collected by:

  • us offline, apart from the use of our App, or through any other means, including on any website operated by us or by any third party; or
  • any third party, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from the App

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.

We may also disclose your information:

  • To comply with any court order, law or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
  • If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of 3Pillars, our customers or others.
