Shifting gears: Navigating into the tablet space
By 2012, a high-rated, well-reviewed app was vital to B2C relevance and growth. Looking to expand their mobile footprint and enter the tablet space, the client requested an easy-to-use, self-service iPad app that would enable customers to view and pay their policies, realizing the objectives of increased payments, reduced call center volume, and decreased operating costs.
Need for speed: Building a premium, native iPad app
