Jennie Fimbres is a seasoned digital leader with over two decades of experience in business and technology, known for building and managing high-performing teams. She specializes in developing smart strategies and collaborating across different departments to drive results, often serving as a coach and advisor. Jennie promotes a culture of continuous learning and an agile mindset.

Currently, Jennie is the Vice President of Business Technology at 3Pillar. In this role, she manages internal technology operations, strategically focused on optimizing business processes and driving the successful adoption of enterprise systems. She leads a global team dedicated to enhancing core business systems and developing corporate business intelligence and key insights.

Jennie holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics (with a minor in Italian Studies) from Brandeis University.
