Jake Petersen

Jake Petersen is the Vice President of Delivery Workforce Strategy at 3Pillar. In his role, Jake leads Operations, Resource Management, Recruiting, Learning & Development, and Workforce Planning. His focus is to act as a catalyst between all 3Pillar departments to help drive customer satisfaction, delivery excellence, and building a culture of continuous operational improvement.

Jake has 20+ years of experience in leadership roles in finance, technology and consulting companies.  Prior to 3Pillar, he held multiple executive roles at Atos | Eviden and Accenture. His previous roles provided him with a wealth of experience in world-class delivery, operational excellence, M&A, corporate strategy and commercial governance. 

Jake resides in Denver, Colorado with his wife and two rescue pups.
